Who I Am

I’m a woman shaped by movement, growth, and grace.

Raised in a military family, I spent my childhood living around the world—an experience that gave me a love for culture, adaptability, and a deep appreciation for connection. That same spirit carried me into military service myself, and later into coaching, creative ventures, and ministry.

Life hasn’t always followed a straight line, but it has always pointed toward purpose. Every season—whether marked by challenge, transformation, or calling—has helped me better understand who I am and how I’m meant to serve.

A Later Discovery: Autism

At the age of 45, I received a formal diagnosis of autism. I knew nothing about autism, nor did I suspect that I could be autistic. That revelation didn’t change who I was—it helped me recognize and embrace who I’ve always been.

It gave language to my deep empathy, need for structure, sensory awareness, and unique way of seeing the world. It helped me show myself compassion. And it helped me support others with greater clarity and grace.

Faith as My Foundation

My faith is central to everything I do. I’m a certified graduate of Inste Bible College’s discipleship program, and I actively lead Bible studies for women seeking deeper identity, healing, and connection with God.

My top spiritual gifts—leadership, mercy, and administration—show up in my teaching, organizing, and mentoring. Whether I’m speaking to a group or having a one-on-one conversation, I want people to feel seen, valued, and anchored in truth.
